Level 1 Support

 

Format: We would format the PC as per your convinience as per your timings after office hours in Ahmedabad region. The Charges are also minimal and as per the market rate. We would not have all the drivers so please ensure you mention about the drivers when you give us a call.

Charges : 300/-

 

Basic Training: For Newbie's or members who wants to have basic training of operating a computer and understanding how to operate or work on Internet At your convinience and at your home. We would send our trainers to guide you out for 1.5 hrs everyday for a week in the evening after office hours.

Duration: 7 days

Hours: 1.50 Hrs /Day

Charges: 1800 Rs

Software Installation and Backup and recovery : We provide support for software installation again as per your convinience. If you do not have time and want someone to do the cumbersome job for you or take backups on your behalf or help you recover deleted data. All the software needs to be provided by client or legitimate copies can be ordered beforehand.

Software Installation: 200 Rs / 2 Major Softwares or <= 1 Hour (Legitimate software by the client)

Backup and Data Recovery : 500 Rs*  ( If it is a hardware failure we would not charge you and we will guide you for good vendors who can do it for you.)
